SHIPPING POLICY Ants must be shipped Express post within Australia but cannot be sent to Western Australia or Tasmania unless you have an import permit from you local Government department. Overseas buyers will purchase express priority post from our parcel sizes in the postal menus at checkout. All Ants are Guaranteed live delivery provided they are allowed in your Country and not stopped by customs under your countries regulations of non importation of live animals. NO postage refunds will made on overseas orders, however loss of queens on the shipping will be compensated by either replacement or refund. Worker Ants are not covered by this Guarantee only Queens. Please Note Ants cannot be sent to the UNITED STATES. EXPORT OF ANTS OVERSEAS IMPORTANT: We have been approved to export our Ants overseas collected under our Wildlife Trade Operation License. Not all countries allow the importation of Live Ants, and if they do they can also charge vet taxes and VAT taxes and request Vet certificates (we do not supply these.) These costs can be avoided to some extent by purchasing our live Ants from one of our overseas approved outlets. NOTE: if an order is cancelled by the buyer after payment, a Shopify refund fee and a re-stocking fee will be applied to the refund.
